We ate the food / We got the energy: recap 'food as energy' workshop
























Hannah Marcotti's general rule when it comes to tasting her healthy and admittedly off-color creations is to continue tasting and trying steadily for a week before making up your mind. But after our first gulp, we had no problem disobeying: from organic smoothies to fudge, we were astounded at how nutritious and surprisingly delicious her recipes were.
